The SEO Specialist role contributes to the success of LuccaAM and our clients by building, measuring and maintaining search engine traffic and ranking growth for our clients across different industries. This is a high impact position that will be responsible for developing and executing the digital marketing strategy, including implementation of new content creation strategy, website optimizations, heat-mapping analysis, conducting user testing, deep analytical analysis, and enhancement of existing strategies with the goal of driving traffic and sales. This position requires the ability to work cross-functionally. The successful candidate will be comfortable setting and achieving aspirational goals for growth and efficiency to support overall digital growth.
- Perform audits of clients’ web analytics implementations and make recommendations to ensure accurate tracking is in place.
- Use qualitative and quantitative sources of data to develop and execute a conversion rate optimization strategy and testing plan for your clients.
- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.
- Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company’s website and marketing materials.
- Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions.
- Coordinate with 3rd party authors for content production.
- Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings.
- Production – Produce meaningful hypothesis, test designs, and deliverables to clients in collaboration with your team.
- Consumer and UX Research – Setup and monitor multivariate tests, consumer surveys, and analyzing website and marketing campaign performance.
- Partner with the our internal design and development team to recommend changes based on winning test results.
- Use an interactive approach to optimization, continuously taking test results and data into account in formulating new tests and hypotheses.
- Help create initial and monthly client reports based on test results and other ongoing initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the CRO team’s processes and strategies.
- Client Communication – presenting to clients, answering questions, conducting research and responding in a helpful manner.
- Tools, Trends and Innovation – Awareness of latest conversion optimization trends and technologies; research and adopt effective techniques that improve the client’s bottom line and stay ahead of the competition.
- Understand how to evaluate good UX/UI to ensure traffic quickly moves through the customer journey to reach the end goal.
- Flexibility – Be ready to dive in and contribute where needed most, critique, and improve our client results.
Requirements
You must be able to say yes to the following:
- 3+ years of SEO experience in an agency/ecom driven environment.
- Strong marketing analytics skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hot Jar, SEM Rush and other analytical tools.
- Platform experience (BigCommerce, Shopify, WordPress, Klaviyo).
- Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Thrives on working in a collaborative, dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Obtains and maintains industry recognized certifications.
- Cares deeply about online end consumer satisfaction, happiness, and loyalty.
- Passionate about the work, field and studying industry trends from all over (articles, webinars, podcasts etc.).
