We are excited to have a new team member join the team at LuccaAM. Megan Stepanek is our new SEO/CRO Specialist. We sat down with Megan and asked her some questions for you to get to know her better.
What did you do before you joined LuccaAM?
Before joining LuccaAM, I worked as a search engine marketing (SEM) specialist where I managed PPC accounts on Google Ads.
What do you do at LuccaAM?
I am the SEO/CRO specialist. I spend my days split between optimizing clients’ websites and reviewing heatmaps and user recordings. All things analytics!
What are your initial impressions since joining LuccaAM?
This is truly the most talented group of people I’ve ever met. They’re all so passionate about what they do (and they’re great at it!)
What inspires you/gets you out of bed in the morning?
I’m motivated by the idea that we need to be the change that we want to see.
What do you typically do outside of work hours?
Outside of work, you can find me taking my puppy on a walk or visiting friends and family.
What’s a fun fact about you?
In 2016, I spent 5 months living in Italy. I learned the Italian language, got immersed in the culture, and ate copious amounts of pasta and gelato.
