We are excited to have a new team member join the squad here at LuccaAM. Steph Zibell is our new and super awesome Client Success Manager. We sat down with Steph and asked her some questions for you to get to know her better.
What did you do before you joined LuccaAM?
Right before joining LuccaAM, I was the Client Relations and Marketing Manager for a Leadership Consulting Agency. Prior to that, I worked in operations and management for a variety of industries.
What do you do at LuccaAM?
I work right at the intersection of client and staff care. It is my job to make sure that our clients have the absolute best experience and receive the highest quality product and services while also ensuring that our team has the tools and time they need to bring their very best to their work (which they always do!).
What are your initial impressions since joining LuccaAM?
So. Many. Cool. People. In. One. Room.
What inspires you/gets you out of bed in the morning?
The idea that our world/country/city will not get better unless we each play an active role in making that change.
What do you typically do outside of work hours?
I have two small kids and a spouse who all love to go on adventures. We love to be outside so if there is daylight, you will find us chasing it.
What’s a fun fact about you?
I ran the 2010 Chicago Marathon and got really sick two weeks prior to the race. I had recently traveled out of the country so I thought I had a parasite that was making me feel terrible. After multiple doctor visits and a few scans, I discovered that I had an organ eating parasite and it ATE MY LEFT KIDNEY. At least, that is what I told people for a few months. In reality, they discovered that I was born with only one kidney (I blame faulty ultrasounds in the 80’s for not determining this sooner) and all of the marathon training was making it sick. But, that isn’t as fun of a fact, so let’s stick with the organ eating parasite, shall we?
