The work lives in your Google listing, your site and your accounts, so it happens online. When you call, you get somebody who works on accounts.

The one that matters laterThe ad account stays in your name

It is opened under your business, not inside an agency account you cannot take with you. The spend history and the learning are yours whatever happens to us.

Somebody in a blazer at an office reception desk in the evening, checking a phone.

The number that matters is what a call costs.

Clicks, impressions and click-through rate are how the platform describes itself. None of them is money. The number worth watching is what you paid for the phone to ring, and then what share of those calls turned into work, because a cheap call from the wrong town is not cheap at all.

So we track calls and forms back to the ad that caused them, and the monthly conversation is about cost per call and which campaigns earn their budget. If a campaign cannot get there, we say so and turn it off rather than quietly rebalancing it.

How paid media works

What a click costs in St. Charles.

Google's own estimate of an average click on three searches in St. Charles, and how often each one happens. It is why we count calls rather than clicks.

The price of a St. Charles click.

These figures come from Google's own estimates for searches located to St. Charles. “Plumber near me” averages 90 searches a month here at $55.46 a click. “Chiropractor near me” also averages 90, at $45.10. “Dentist near me” is searched far more, about 320 times a month, at $18.80.

That price buys a crowded screen. On a phone downtown on 6 October 2026, “plumber near me” opened with two text ads and a paid spot in the map ahead of every plumber who had not paid for the spot. One ad came from a franchise office covering Kane County; the other ad and the paid map spot belonged to a heating and plumbing company 3.6 miles away whose ad was written for West Chicago. Two more ads waited at the bottom of the page.

“Dentist near me” showed no ads at all. The map came first, and the ordinary results under it were directories for towns in Wisconsin, Missouri, Kentucky, Ohio and Texas. For a St. Charles practice, the map is most of what that searcher sees, and no practice was paying for the space above it.

Spending carefully in St. Charles.

A tight radius. At over $50 a click, an ad shown to someone in Bartlett or Wayne whom you would not drive to is money gone. We set the area to the places you actually work.

Search terms reviewed regularly. We read what people typed before they clicked and block the phrases that will never turn into a job.

Ready by October. In St. Charles, “plumber near me” and “furnace repair” both peaked in October 2025, at 140 and 170 searches. The first cold weeks of fall are when the budget needs to be in place.

What we can do for your business.

Why choose LuccaAM for pay-per-click in St. Charles.

Google Ads, Meta, Bing and retargeting, since 2009. Four reasons, and the second one is the one that matters if you ever leave.

You talk to the person doing the work

No handoff from a salesperson to an account manager you have never met. Whoever picks up the phone is whoever is in the account.

The ad account is yours

Opened under your business, not inside ours. The spend history, the conversion data and the learning stay with you whatever happens between us.

The budget is agreed before we spend a dollar of it

You know the monthly spend and what we are managing it for before anything runs, and you see what each campaign cost and returned every month in plain words.

We tell you when ads are the wrong answer

Some businesses should fix the listing and the site first and spend nothing on ads for three months. Saying so costs us the retainer and is still the right call.

The first conversation costs nothing, and it is not a sales call with a price hidden inside it.

The questions we get on the first call.

Taken from the ones owners actually ask, answered here so you do not have to spend a call getting to them.

A campaign can be live in a few days and calls can start the same week, which is the honest reason to run them. What takes longer is getting the cost per call down, because that needs a few weeks of real data about which searches convert. Expect noise in week one and a straight answer by the end of month one.

Because the price is set by who is bidding, not by how many people live here. Companies based outside St. Charles were among the advertisers we saw on the plumbing search, and Google estimates $55.46 a click on “plumber near me” here. That is why we start small, keep the ads to the area you serve, and judge the spend by what each booked job cost before adding more.

Not to the map. Google weighs how close your business is to the person searching, so the distance that counts is yours, not ours. The work itself happens in your listing, your site and your accounts, wherever we happen to be sitting.

It depends on what a customer is worth to you and how many you want, and any number quoted before that conversation is a guess. What we can say is that a budget too small to gather data never gets cheaper, so we would rather start honestly or tell you to wait.

Google Ads and Bing for people already searching for what you sell, Meta for reaching people before they search, and retargeting for the ones who came and did not call. We do not do social media management, only the advertising.

Yes, and they help each other: the ads tell you within weeks which words actually convert, which is the list worth spending months earning for free. Running both is common, and so is running ads first while the slower work is still building.

Yes. It is in your name from the first day, so there is nothing to hand back. You keep the history, the conversion tracking and the audiences.
