What we measure, and what we don't.
We measure how the site is used, with Google Analytics, and when we are running ads for ourselves Google's advertising tag runs too. We keep whatever you typed into a form so a person can read it and write back. We do not sell any of it and we do not add you to a list. The rest of this page is the detail, in plain words.

What this page is
This describes what happens to information when you use this website: what we measure, what you send us, who else sees it, and how to get any of it removed. It is written in plain words rather than in the language these pages are usually written in.
It does not cover the work we do inside a client's own accounts. If we run your Google Business Profile, your ads or your analytics, that data lives in your accounts under your name, and your own policies govern it. That arrangement is described on the about page and it is deliberate.
What we measure, and the cookies that come with it
Google Analytics tells us how the site is used: which pages get read, how people arrive, roughly where in the world they are, and what they do next. It is how we find out that a page nobody reaches is broken rather than unpopular. It sets cookies in your browser to tell one visit from the next, and it collects your IP address as part of doing that.
Google Tag Manager is the container that loads Analytics. It does not collect anything on its own; it is the thing that decides which measurement tags run. We mention it because it is the part that could quietly load something else, and because anything we add to it belongs on this page before it goes live rather than after.
Google Search Console shows us what people searched for before they found us, as counts rather than people. It does not run on this site, sets nothing in your browser and cannot see you. Google reports it to us from its own side.
Google Ads is the one we run for ourselves from time to time, and this is the part that reaches beyond this site. When a campaign is running, Google's advertising tag is loaded through the same container. It records that you visited and what you did here so that Google can tell us which ads led to an inquiry, and it lets us show our ads to people who have been here before, on Google's own properties and on other sites in its network. That is called remarketing and it is the only way this site follows you anywhere. You can turn it off at Google's ad settings, and when no campaign is running the tag is not loaded at all.
We use all of that to make the site better and to find out whether our own advertising works. We do not sell any of it. If you would rather not be measured, your browser's tracking protection and Google's own opt-out add-on both work here, and the site behaves exactly the same with them on.
What the site does not do.
The other half, and the half worth stating plainly.
Not your email, not your inquiry, not your behavior. Google sees what its own tags see, described above, and nobody else gets any of it.
Writing to us does not sign you up to anything. If you want the occasional note about what we have been working on, you have to ask for it.
Nothing here records your mouse, replays your visit or watches you fill in a form.
No chat widget, no booking iframe, no comment system, no social feed. Every one of those is another company watching you on our behalf.
What you send us
Whatever you type into a form. There are four kinds on this site and each says at the top what it is for. The plan form asks about the business, what is not working, where you want it to get to, and how to reach you. The form on each town page asks about the business, what is not working and how to reach you. The audit form asks for your website, your business and your area, and how to reach you. The contact form asks for your name, your email, what it is about and your message. Each one also records the page it was sent from.
Those answers come to us by email so that a person can read them and reply. They are not added to a mailing list, not sold, and not shared with anybody outside LuccaAM.
We keep inquiries as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period after, because people come back a year later and it is useful to remember what was said. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Three pieces of browser storage
Separate from the analytics cookies, the site itself keeps up to three small things in your browser. lam.trade remembers which trade you picked in the trade picker, so the page still knows on your next visit. lam.head.t is a timestamp used to tell a page reload from a real visit, so the header animation does not play twice in a row.
lam_campaign is only there if you arrived from one of our ads or a tagged link. The address of that link carries tags naming the campaign and, for an ad, the click. The site keeps them for 30 days, and if you send us a form in that time they go with it, so we can tell which ad or link brought the inquiry.
The first two stay in your own browser and are never sent anywhere; the third is sent only with a form you choose to send. Clearing your site data removes all three, and none of them identifies you.
Who else sees a request
Flywheel hosts this site. Like any host it processes the request: your IP address, the page you asked for, your browser and the time. That is how a website works and how a host blocks attacks. We do not use those logs to profile visitors.
Resend delivers the email a form sends us, so what you type passes through it on the way to our inbox. It sends the message and nothing else.
Google Fonts supplies the three typefaces the site is set in, which means your browser requests the font files from Google and Google sees the request. The site is legible with them blocked.
Your side of it.
Ask us for any of these and you get a person, not a ticket.
Email or ring and we will tell you what is in our inbox with your name on it.
We will, and we will confirm when it is done.
If something you sent was wrong, tell us and we will fix it rather than keep both versions.
Children, changes, and who to ask
This site is aimed at business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anybody under 13.
When this changes, the change appears here rather than in an email nobody reads, and it appears before the change goes live rather than after. The date at the top of the page is when it last did.
Questions about any of it go to (815) 880-8676, or through the contact form, and a person answers.
Nobody buys a plan they haven't seen.
The free audit is a look at what you already have and what it is costing you, sent over with nothing to sit through. The plan is a conversation about where the business is and where you want it to get to, and it ends with a path written down rather than a quote. Or you call, and somebody who works on accounts picks up.
