Search and Social PPC Specialist

Job Description.

Remote | Full-Time Position

We’re seeking a Search and Social PPC Specialist – whose ultimate objective is to grow and scale the client’s paid media accounts by driving equal or lower costs per customer acquisition.

In this role you’ll be the person speaking with the client but also the one executing the work that will lead to the client’s success which means first-class communication skills are non-negotiable. This person should be flexible, organized and ready to roll up their sleeves anytime a new challenge arises.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to increase brand visibility and recognition, and drive new user acquisition and leads via various paid search engine and social marketing platforms including but not limited to: Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram etc.
  • Continuously meet revenue and ROAS target for up to 15 client projects
  • Quick and thoughtful execution of ads by writing compelling copy, error-free building of ads, and troubleshooting account performance
  • Establishing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with our clients by bringing valuable insights into meetings about ad performance, creative tests, and ideas for new marketing angles
  • Problem-solving your way to reach success in our client’s ad accounts by digging into the data and transforming that into actionable next steps
  • Staying informed with paid search and social industry best practices, new trends and technologies and platform updates
  • Compiling daily, weekly, monthly, and lifetime reports with key performance metrics in to quantify results and communicate them to the client.
  • Preparing advertising schedules and timelines for client onboarding, campaign launch, and ongoing account optimization and maintenance.
  • Developing advertisement copy for paid media campaigns with the ultimate objective of generating action, interest and engagement from the targeted audience.
  • Continuously monitor, identify and improve all three components of the Google Ads quality Score: Ad Relevance, Expected CTR, and Landing Page Experience
  • Assure keyword targets, landing page content, and text ad copy are all in close alignment and optimized
  • Assure conversion tracking is QA’ed within platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager etc.) to track all pertinent events within the sales funnel
  • Create and implement campaign A/B test experiments to identify optimal campaign settings
  • Coordinate with our designer to ensure creative assets meet goals and expectations
  • Assist with social media content scheduling

Required Skills and Experience

  • Significant experience creating and optimizing multiple Google Ads and Facebook ad accounts at scale (this is the #1 requirement for this job, and if you haven’t done this, this isn’t the position for you)
  • Confident interpersonal communicator and relationship builder, including the ability to hold people accountable and conduct difficult conversations
  • Expert knowledge of the following: Shopify, BigCommerce Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics (and eCommerce View), Google Tag Manager, SEM, Copywriting. (There is support in these platforms as other teammates are also experts in these areas)
  • Experience building, connecting, optimizing and troubleshooting data feeds in Google Merchant Center
  • Excel expertise and a strong ability to analyze data, make actionable decisions and recommendations
  • An ability to think about a brand’s 360º digital approach from customer acquisition through to customer retention. An insatiable curiosity, and an inability to leave a problem alone until you’ve found one or many different potential solutions A desire to take risks – but only after carefully examining the calculus and determining that your chosen course of action is most effective
  • Analyzed and reported on digital media accounts and campaign trends
  • Experience utilizing heatmapping tools (such as HotJar, CrazyEgg, etc.) to improve user experience and efficiency a plus
  • Experience utilizing landing page tools (such as Unbounce)
  • Strong work ethic

Visual Designer

Job Description.

Remote | Full-Time Position

LuccaAM is looking for the next addition to our team. We are a small, passionate and result driven group. We focus on more than just good-looking design, we are driven to create action, generate results, and help grow our client’s business.

We’re seeking a Visual Designer – to drive creative output across a range of projects – with strong capabilities in visual design, demonstrate expertise in creating digital design systems, and a solid approach to delivering consistent, development ready work.

As a Visual Designer, you are a talented and driven designer who partners with technology to make gorgeous, ground-breaking work that solves problems. LuccaAM is a seriously collaborative work environment, so Visual Designers need to collaborate across disciplines on a daily basis, all while maintaining high standards for original concepts and detailed executions.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods
  • Plan and design websites, landing pages, brand graphics and identity pieces for eCommerce brands
  • Present and defend your design decisions
  • Keep abreast of best practices/trends/tools
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
  • Help own LuccaAM’s brand by continuously evaluating brand image, overseeing advertising placement, strategizing how to increase brand awareness, and working to keep internal and client brand identities up to date by refining voice, tone, and creative direction whenever necessary.
  • Work with content and marketing strategists to identify ways to improve LuccaAM’s website and continue to increase web traffic and overall visibility.
  • Help plan quarterly campaigns with sales planned around industries or verticals.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Three or more years of experience and proven track record
  • Experience in designing for eCommerce
  • Adobe Creative Suite should be core elements of your toolbox.
  • Familiarity with various prototyping tools including Adobe XD.
  • Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during the interview
  • Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
  • Strong conceptual thinking. We want people who can start a project off from an incredibly strong position and come up with surprising, smart concepts to move forward with.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills—the ability to work with other teams and mentor other designers as well as the confidence and skill to communicate your ideas clearly.
  • Experience designing new, innovative layouts and designs that scale and flex across different platforms, including web, mobile, etc.
  • A user centric design approach, through considerations for accessibility, technology platforms, and contextual storytelling.
  • A passion for all aspects of design including conceptual thinking, typography, motion, copy, and imagery.
  • Experience developing component-based design systems and adapting brand guidelines to create scalable systems.
