SEO Specialist

Entry Level Position

Do you think strategically when it comes to digital marketing? Do search engine rankings and the latest digital marketing trends interest you?

You’ll be tasked with helping clients to improve their online marketing outcomes through search engine optimization.

We’re looking for people who are passionate about digital marketing and are self-proclaimed data nerds. If you get consumed by a topic and have to know more, if you listen to podcasts just because you want to learn something, if you want to learn something new every single day, this could be the role for you!

With this being an entry level position, you will be receiving training and you will directly support our Digital Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing keyword research in sync with the client’s business goals in order to optimize the prevailing content and discover new opportunities
  • Assistance in creating and implementing content strategies, keeping in mind the SEO goals
  • Execute campaigns for link building campaigns that should go hand in hand with client’s SEO objectives
  • A detailed analysis of the results derived that should be in coordination with the website’s structure and the web pages
  • Identify internal site structure opportunities to improve user navigation and search engine crawlability
  • Monitor web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and mark the key areas of importance according to the client goals
  • Working with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are followed
  • Research and practice, stay ahead of the latest updates regarding tools, techniques, and methods related to SEO
  • Assist team in identifying optimization opportunities and making recommendations
  • Ensuring that client websites are optimized to bring highly targeted traffic to our clients’ online stores while also ensuring a very strong ROI for every client’s marketing budget
  • Produce, analyze, and send monthly client SEO reports
  • Should suggest and implement strategies for content development. All the strategies should be in sync with SEO objectives
  • Should be able to perform research on latest algorithm updates
  • Share you love for knowledge through our perspective blog articles and in our show The Humm

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an agency (a plus)
  • Ideally would like experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for around 1 to 2 years
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items; while effectively managing changing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written skills; uncommon organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Must know the vitality of mobile optimized website
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Visual Designer

Job Description.

Remote | Full-Time Position

LuccaAM is looking for the next addition to our team. We are a small, passionate and result driven group. Our mission is to lead eCommerce companies everywhere to adopt sustainability practices that add value to people’s lives. We focus on more than just good-looking design, we are driven to create action, generate results, and help grow our client’s business.

We’re seeking a Visual Designer – to drive creative output across a range of projects – with strong capabilities in visual design, demonstrate expertise in creating digital design systems, and a solid approach to delivering consistent, development ready work.

As a Visual Designer, you are a talented and driven designer who partners with technology to make gorgeous, ground-breaking work that solves problems. LuccaAM is a seriously collaborative work environment, so Visual Designers need to collaborate across disciplines on a daily basis, all while maintaining high standards for original concepts and detailed executions.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods
  • Plan and design websites, landing pages, brand graphics and identity pieces for eCommerce brands
  • Present and defend your design decisions
  • Keep abreast of best practices/trends/tools
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
  • Help own LuccaAM’s brand by continuously evaluating brand image, overseeing advertising placement, strategizing how to increase brand awareness, and working to keep internal and client brand identities up to date by refining voice, tone, and creative direction whenever necessary.
  • Work with content and marketing strategists to identify ways to improve LuccaAM’s website and continue to increase web traffic and overall visibility.
  • Help plan quarterly campaigns with sales planned around industries or verticals.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Three or more years of experience and proven track record
  • Experience in designing for eCommerce
  • Adobe Creative Suite should be core elements of your toolbox.
  • Familiarity with various prototyping tools including Adobe XD.
  • Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during the interview
  • Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
  • Strong conceptual thinking. We want people who can start a project off from an incredibly strong position and come up with surprising, smart concepts to move forward with.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills—the ability to work with other teams and mentor other designers as well as the confidence and skill to communicate your ideas clearly.
  • Experience designing new, innovative layouts and designs that scale and flex across different platforms, including web, mobile, etc.
  • A user centric design approach, through considerations for accessibility, technology platforms, and contextual storytelling.
  • A passion for all aspects of design including conceptual thinking, typography, motion, copy, and imagery.
  • Experience developing component-based design systems and adapting brand guidelines to create scalable systems.
  • A great attitude and a lack of ego. LuccaAM works hard to keep our prima-donna free work zone.
