Field and operations apps. Everything the truck knows, the office knows.
A route sheet on a clipboard tells the office what happened when the truck gets back. An app on the same driver's tablet tells them as it happens: the stop, the signature, the photo of the damaged case, the inspection before the truck moved. That is what we build, and it installs on the tablets they already have.

The same day, on a tablet instead of a clipboard.
The brief for the last one was a sentence: make it as easy as the paper. So the app is the forms they already fill in, in the order they already do it, and nothing they do not. A driver ID and a PIN, a route that loads in the morning and finishes offline, a signature and a photo at every door.
What the office gets is the part the paper never gave them: the route as it happens, a defect in the maintenance queue before the truck is back, and a year of inspection records as one PDF when the DOT asks. The app is a web app, hosted for you, that installs like an app on the tablets you have.

The forms they fill in now, and nothing they do not. Four things every one of these has to get right.
The route, in order
Stops in the order the office set, each one a card with the store, the counts and a button for directions. Tapping it changes its status, and the office sees the change.
The route sheet, in the Middle West studyProof at the door
A signature and a photograph on every delivery, and a damaged item as a line with the product, the defect and the picture, on the log before the truck leaves the lot.
A damaged delivery, in the Middle West studyInspections that hold up
The pre-trip and the post-trip as the checklist the DOT requires, only for the trucks they run. A defect goes straight to maintenance, and the year exports as one audit package.
The pre-trip, in the Middle West studyWorks without a signal
The route loads in the morning. The rest of the day completes offline and syncs when it can, because a loading dock is not a place with good reception.
Nothing new to learn.A driver ID and a PIN. If the paper was easy, the app has to be easier, or nobody will use it.
What we will say no to.
Custom software is the easiest thing on this site to sell badly and the most expensive to get wrong.
A worse version of software that already exists, for more money, that only we can maintain. We will name the product you should buy instead.
Every tool needs somebody in the business who decides what it does. Without that, it becomes whatever the last person asked for and nobody uses it.
Your accounts, your code, your data, documented. If you replace us the tool keeps running and somebody else can work on it, which is the only arrangement that makes this honest.
Nobody buys a plan they haven't seen.
The free audit is a look at what you already have and what it is costing you, sent over with nothing to sit through. The plan is a conversation about where the business is and where you want it to get to, and it ends with a path written down rather than a quote. Or you call, and somebody who works on accounts picks up.
