When Resilyo came to us, they did not have an identity… not even a company name. What they did have was a plan to help families with an accident insurance. Policies carefully designed to help any individual get back on their feet after experiencing life’s toughest accidents.
We conducted discovery calls, market research, and tailored focus group to come up with the name Resilyo. The name was inspired by the word “resilient”, which is someone who is able to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions. It was important that Resilyo’s customers felt secure and trust that they will be able to bounce back from their accident. The name provided the perfect imagery to symbolize falling hard and recovering quickly, an appropriate way of connecting to the company’s services and philosophy.
